    More than just the tip of a tall building, the 360 Chicago (John Hancock Observatory) offers several activities to complement the pretty view. Explore Chicago through the best technologies such as interactive screens that allow you to zoom in and out of famous locations across the city and test your knowledge on digital challenges. The guide is available in five languages as well a version with commentary designed for kids.
    If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s BAR 94, where you can take a break with an Italian coffees, gelato, cocktails, or the delicious café menu.
    Upgrade: Additional admission options are available to make the most of your visit.

    We had a day and evening visit here. Both were fabulous. the views were amazing. It was busy but not so much so that you couldn't see everything as you went round. While we were there it was sunny but it had snowed and this enhanced the views.All of the staff that we had contact with were helpful and really friendly.
    When we did the evening visit it was misty and it made it so eerie watching the mist roll around the tower. We had a relaxing drink up there and just enjoyed this amazing tower. I hope to return here again one day and will use viator for booking the visit again.

    Great tour. Easy to get to the top. The elevator was super fast but not fast enough where you could feel it. Did the Tilt, which is a must if you are going up to the 360 observation room. FYI, we learned that you could go to the bar up in the 360 observation room without buying a ticket.

    Was cool but we purchased along with the Tilt and was informed that it wouldn't be open until later that night. Disappointed as we had other things planned out for that day. No offer for refund either from the observation crew.

    No one should go to Chicago with out going to the John Hancock Observation Deck! The city is fabulous to look at and this is the spot.
