    Court of Two Sisters History:
    It was two Creole sisters and the notions shop they owned on this site that gave The Court of Two Sisters its name. However, 613 Rue Royale has long played a significant role in the history of the French Quarter and old New Orleans. The two sisters, Emma and Bertha Camors, born 1858 and 1860 respectively, belonged to a proud and aristocratic Creole family. Their "rabais", or notions, outfitted many of the city's finest women with formal gowns, lace and perfumes imported from Paris. Marriage, reversals of fortune, widowhood - nothing could separate the sisters. Indeed, as the Picayune was to report, the sisters died within two months of each other in the winter of 1944.

    Court of Two Sisters Dinner Salad: Seasonal greens, red onions, tossed in a Creole French dressing, garnished with tasso, pecans and chopped boiled eggs.
    Entrees
    Chicken Oscar: Boneless skinless chicken breast served atop new potato mash and steamed asparagus. Topped with lump crabmeat and tasso hollandaise
    Corn Fried Des Allemands Catfish: Served with jumbo lump crabmeat nappa slaw and green onion, cayenne tartare sauce
    Shrimp and Grits: Louisiana shrimp and andouille sausage poached in a Creole Meuniere reduction. Served over southern grits
    Roasted Half Duck A l'Orange: With long grain wild rice and asparagus tips
    Char-Broiled Tenderloin of Beef: The whole tenderloin is lightly charred and cooked to perfection and sliced. Served with marchand de vin and béarnaise sauces and accompanied with new potato mash haricots verts

    Raining so we were in the main dining room, which was very nice. Bryan looked after us and took our order and helped with the menu. The food was excellent.

    The environment and atmosphere were nice. The food was not bad but not as good as I expected. The server was caring but the reception was not friendly.

    Pleasant meal. The Maitre d' could have been a little more friendly and they didn't take a second drink order from me, but the food was decent and the atmosphere lovely.

    Amazing service! The outdoor area is gorgeous and the food is rich as well as generous. Julian, our waiter was funny and accommodating. The champaign they give you as apart of the voucher is delicious too. Definitely go if you are going to New Orleans. My friends and I had such a great time!

    What a beautiful romantic dinner, hard to believe you are just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The courtyard with the little white lights add just the perfect accent. The food spot-on top dining experience truly magnificent...the service impecable. A must do after all you gotta eat so why not do it where you get more than a fabulous dinner you get memories to share and cherish forever.

    Delicious food for a good price. It was rainy when we went so we unfortunately had to sit outside, would of loved to sit in the courtyard.
