The Jasper Planetarium and Stargazing program provides an incredible opportunity to observe the heavens above Jasper National Park, rain or shine! Explore planets, moons shimmering stars, clusters, and galaxies full of millions of suns. Plus, learn about the constellations of the local Cree and Blackfoot first nations people, as well as how local explorers used the stars to guide them through this UNESCO World Heritage Site. These 35-minute programs operate daily at 9pm and 9:45pm throughout the summer.
Enhance your experience with a state-of-the-art planetarium and hands-on stargazing programs. In-residence astronomers will mesmerize you with stories of Jasper’s cosmic heritage, as you explore some the of the darkest skies in North America through professional-grade telescopes! -
