    Enjoyed seeing the glass factory and the way glasses are made by hand. Our only issue was with transportation. One of us had to sit beside the driver(middle of the sea) and he refused to take us back to our hotel.

    Was very unorganized at the beginning. No driver no tour guide. Viator fixed the mix up but the driver and guide seemed annoyed the whole trip. Once the guide got to the bus she was knowledgeable of the Prague area. She arrived 45 min. late. Had another guide at the glass factory. She was wonderful and very informative. The factory was amazing. Beautiful glassworks. The factory was worth the visit just not the trip getting there. Five stars for the factory and factory tour. Negative 5 stars for the journey.

    I would like to express the deep disappointment we experienced on a so called tour of the Nizbor Bohemia Glass Factory on the above date.

    As both the main large furnace and the polishing factory were closed to the public, and only two glass blowers out of a normal TWENTY TWO 20 were NOT working due to factory renovations we were hardly able to see anything. There were a few cutters operating, but in total, our TOUR lasted about 20 minutes. We certainly did not get our money's worth which was USD95.36 in our South African currency that is an enormous amount of money for VERY POOR SERVICE. We should definitely have been told when handing in our vouchers , that most of the factory was non-operational and been given the option of whether or not we still wanted to go!!!!

    Going to Nizbor to the crystal factory was certainly worth the trip. We got to see the master glass blower make a small rooster and a penguin. It is amazing the skill that this takes. We then went upstairs to the glass cutting room where we were able to see the perfection and skill that they have in cutting in the design on many different pieces. We were basically looking over their shoulders. The polishing room was not available to view because of the chemicals used. Our guide from the factory gave us an overview of all the different steps followed to make the beautiful crystal objects. Now the best part of the tour was going into the factory shop. The prices were incredible and the crystal objects absolutely stunning. My only major complaint is that they do no arrange shipping and so whatever you buy you have to carry with you. If I could have shipped my purchases I would have bought more. Going out onl the tour we took the highway and going oack we took country roads and so we were able to see the countryside. I would have liked to stop in one of the little towns and have lunch this would have made it very special. If you love crystal do take this tour and be suprised at the resonable prices. Don't buy in town until you take the tour.

    My wife and I had a great time - lucky to be ONLY us in the mini bus with a driver and guide. I could pepper them with questions which they were happy to answer. Glass is such an interesting medium. The factory is very interesting to walk thru. No hard sell in the shop. great prices and very friendly. a nice way to get out Prague.

    Very enjoyable tour. But, instead of taking us back to our hotel where they picked us up, we were dropped off in an unfamiliar area and had to find our way back, because they "didn't have time" to take us back.

    We really enjoyed the trip and guide at the glass factory. The prices in the gift shop are excellent, much cheaper than the same pieces in Praha. Because this tour didn't require a guide to/from the glass factory, one could just book transport to Nizbor and take the tour with the guide there.

    It was amazing to see the works of the glass blowing.Unfortunately my camera was not workingno flash allowed so I do not have pictures.Our guide and driver were great, since there was only two of us, she offered to take us back to our hotel,however we opted to walk. The Lady at the glass works was very helpful in answering questions. We would do this tour again , like I said awesome.
